| What | WhoHaha is happy to announce we are hosting our FIRST Comedy-Horror Shorts Festival and we want our community members (that's YOU) to submit! Requirements to Submit -Comedy-Horror Shorts/Pilots/Sketches (as long as it's Spooky/Halloweeny & Funny!) -Submissions are $22 (no early bird or rising late fee). Funds from submissions will go towards financing the festival. |
